Directions to Fiala Field: 
From Harrisburg: Rt. 581 W to Rt. 15 North. Stay in right lane and turn right onto
Chestnut Street. Turn right onto South 21st Street. Drive down to the end of this road
and turn right. Drive back to the end of this street and the field is straight ahead.
From Lemoyne: Take Market Street toward Camp Hill. Turn left onto South 21st Street.
Drive down to the end of this street and turn right. Drive back to the end of this street
and the field is straight ahead.

 

Schaeffer Park

Siebert Park

2414 Cumberland Blvd
Hours: Open sunrise until 11:00 p.m.
The Siebert Park Stadium is open to cardholders during park hours, which are sunrise to 11:00 p.m. If you are a Borough resident and would like access to the stadium, please call the Borough office at 717-737-3456.

Vehicle traffic north of the athletic fields is prohibited between 9:30 p.m. and sunrise. Use of the Environmental Education and Recreation Center is prohibited between 9:30 p.m. and sunrise. The Borough Manager is authorized to issue after-hours park use permits for specific nights only upon satisfactory completion of an application. 

 

Willow Park

Park Rules

Prohibited acts or conduct:

  • Disorderly or immoral acts or practices.
  • Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages or being in a park of the Borough in an intoxicated condition.
  • The throwing of stones or similar missiles.
  • The use of profane, offensive or indecent language, gambling or playing games of chance for money and begging and soliciting subscriptions.
  • Animals are prohibited on the athletic field at Siebert Park.
  • Littering or throwing or depositing of paper, refuse or any offensive substance except in the receptacles.
  • Sleeping within any park, except at such places or times as may be designated in a valid after-hours park use permit.
  • Pulling, injuring or breaking any flower, fruit, plant, tree, grass or turf.
  • Breaking or defacing any pump, bench, water fixture, tree or other structure.
  • Possessing or discharging any firearms, air rifle, air pistol, slingshot or fireworks.
  • Driving any motor vehicle at a speed in excess of 15 miles per hour.
  • Bringing any animals, except dogs on leash or household pets, to any park.
  • Violating the regulations relating to the use of any building or structure.
  • Defacing or mutilating any notice posted by order of the Borough.

Restricted activities:
No persons shall commit any of the following acts within the parks without previously having obtained the consent and approval of the Mayor or Borough Manager.

  • Carrying an ax, saw, pick, shovel or spade within any park.
  • Offering anything for sale.
  • Posting or displaying any banner, sign or advertisement of a commercial or political nature.
  • Building any fire, except at places provided therefor.
  • Entering or leaving a park except at the established ways of entrance and exit.
  • Killing, maiming, injuring or destroying any wildlife.
  • Metal detecting.
