HIIT and LIIT Fitness Class (on Zoom)
You may have heard of HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and felt a little intimidated. “HIIT and LIIT” (low-intensity interval training) offers high and low options, making this class accessible to everyone. This class combines elements from several types of fitness classes into intervals of cardio, core, and bodyweight moves followed by a touch of self-care. HIIT and LIIT will be offered zoom only until it gets lighter and warmer in the evenings. Zoom link sent 30 minutes prior to class with an equipment list of things you have around your home, if needed.
