Update on Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan for 3115 – 3133 Chestnut Street

Counsel for Consolidated Properties has informed the Borough Solicitor that neither a revised plan nor a revised traffic impact will be resubmitted. The plan dated December 4, 2018, last revised July 26, 2019, remains pending. Borough Council remains committed to following the review process set forth in the Borough ordinances. The Borough’s consultants and the Planning Commission will make recommendations to Council and Council will vote on the plan for compliance with Borough ordinances and applicable laws. The Planning Commission has a public meeting scheduled for November 19, 2019, at 6:00 p.m., and Council will act on the plan at its regularly scheduled public meeting on December 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
