Beverly Park, formerly “Spring Lake Park” in the Beverly Park development, was originally a part of the builder’s ( William H. Hollinger) 1950’s plot plan. Located across from the Dresbach-Oyster House at 3108 Lincoln Street, the Park is bounded by Lincoln Street and Beverly Road. Surface water accumulation, now under control with appropriate drains, once formed small ponds on the property.

Within an area of a little more than an acre, Beverly Park consists of a garden-like and grassy setting that includes colorful playground equipment, benches, a few picnic tables; and, a paved recreation area for basketball and other sports. This well kept park is set in a tree lined residential area that dates to the 1950’s and the home construction era that followed World War II.
