8.22.2007 Volunteer Group Helping Seniors Get Groceries - Senior Camp Hill residents face many challenges. One challenge is
finding a way to get groceries when they are homebound. A volunteer
group has been established that provides a free grocery shopping service
for citizens who live independently in their homes in the borough of
Camp Hill, but are physically unable to do their own grocery shopping.
The volunteers would pick up a resident`s grocery list on the assigned
day and time (Saturday or Sunday), do the shopping for them, deliver the
groceries to the resident, and if needed assist in putting the groceries
away.
Please contact Jeff Kramer 737-6478 if you have any questions.
