NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of the Borough of Camp Hill will consider an amendment to the borough zoning map on July 24th at 6 p.m. at the Borough Municipal Center, 2145 Walnut Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011. Borough Council will receive testimony and consider the following:

Borough Council is requesting an amendment to Borough Zoning Map to change the use type of 8 properties located on S. 32nd Street and Columbia Avenue. The properties located on S.32nd Street addressed 501 S. 32nd Street to 505 S. 32nd street shall be rezoned from Commercial Highway Office “CHO” to High Density Residential Office “HDRO”. The properties located on Columbia Avenue addressed 3121 Columbia Avenue to 3101 Columbia Avenue (including the so-called “right-of-way” more fully described in the deed dated July 31, 2003 between Wengert’s Diary Inc. and Patlin Properties, LP, Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds, Book 258, Page 2959) shall be rezoned from Commercial Highway Office (CHO) to Low Density Residential (LDR).

NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of the Borough of Camp Hill, at a special meeting on July 24th at 7 p.m. at the Borough Municipal Center, 2145 Walnut Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011, shall consider for adoption and enactment and, if approved for action, adopt and enact the following proposed ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF CAMP HILL, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE BOROUGH OF CAMP HILL

The Ordinance is summarized as follows:

Section 1. Amends the Borough zoning map to change the use of 8 properties located on S.32nd Street addressed 501 S. 32nd Street to 505 S. 32nd Street (from Commercial Highway Office to High Density Residential Office) and on Columbia Avenue addressed 3121 Columbia Avenue to 3101 Columbia Avenue (from Commercial Highway Office to High Density Residential Office).

Section 2. Providing for delivery of amended zoning map to Cumberland County Planning Department.

Section 3. Provides for Severability.

Section 4. Provides for Repealer.

Section 5. Provides Effective Date.
